A leading mid-sized electronics manufacturer was struggling with high inventory levels, inefficient production planning, and limited visibility across its supply chain. Legacy systems, disconnected processes, and inconsistent reporting resulted in excess stock, extended production lead times, and missed commercial opportunities. The executive team recognized the need for a modern ERP platform but required independent guidance to select the right solution and ensure a successful implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the independent ERP advisor, I worked closely with the executive team to define a clear digital transformation strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
